Crowtabs is a one-person project. This policy explains what data we collect when you join the waitlist, why we collect it, and exactly what we do—and don’t do—with it.
Only your email address. Nothing else — no name, no device data, no tracking pixels, no browser fingerprints.
Your email is used for exactly two things: to notify you when Crowtabs launches, and to share founding-member updates before launch. We will never use it to send you unrelated offers, sell it to third parties, or add you to any list you didn’t sign up for.
Your email address is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. The only exception is the email-sending service used to deliver your launch notification, which processes your address solely to send that email and has no right to use it for anything else.
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe or request deletion, your address is permanently removed within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. If you’re in the EU or California, you also have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@crowtabs.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If a technical cookie is ever required for core functionality, we will update this policy before deploying it.
If we materially change how we handle your data, we’ll email you before the change takes effect so you can decide whether to stay on the list. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

This website is a pre-launch waitlist for the Crowtabs mobile app, which is currently in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app, a specific launch date, or any particular set of features. We make no warranties about when or whether the app will launch.
By entering your email address, you consent to receive a launch notification when Crowtabs is ready and occasional pre-launch updates about the product. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send — no questions asked.
The Crowtabs name, logo, copy, and site design are owned by Crowtabs. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
This site is provided as-is. Crowtabs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on any information contained here. In jurisdictions that don’t allow liability exclusions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith before pursuing formal legal action. If you have a concern, contact us first at hello@crowtabs.com.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we’ll notify waitlist members by email.
